Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting and 2022-2024 Board of Directors Election
Please be informed that 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong Baseball Association Limited will be held on Friday, 28 October 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in the Jockey Club Lecture Theatre, 2/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, to transact the following ordinary business:

(1) to receive the report from the Chairman of the Board of Directors (Appendix 1)
(2) to receive and consider the Directors’ Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2022 (Appendix 2)
(3) to appoint Directors for the year 2022-2024 (Appendix 3) (see Appendix 5 for the brief Introduction of each proposed directors. HKBA will remove the introduction 30 days after the Annual General Meeting.)
(4) to re-appoint Auditor for the Association for the year 2022-2024 (Appendix 4)
A Full Member may send a proxy to appoint a representative to attend the 2022 Annual General Meeting or adjourned meeting (as the case may be). In order to be valid, please duly signed written Proxy Form and return to us by e-mail to hkbsa@hkolympic.org or by mail to HKBA Secretariat, Room 1003, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the holding of the Annual General Meeting or adjourned meeting (as the case may be). Late submission will not be accepted.
