- Accommodation Arrangement: 4-6 person rooms at the campsite, fully equipped with comprehensive facilities (including washing machines, dryers, water dispensers, and bathrooms).
- Participants must attend all three days of core activities. (Please note that no discounts or refunds on the registration fee will be provided if participants choose to arrive or depart on their own.)
