Participants must:

be members of The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China (with membership valid until March 31, 2027 or later) and be registered elite athletes for the 2026–27 season;
be male or female athletes born in the years 2009 to 2012; and
hold a HKID, HKSAR passport.
