Participants must:
  • be members of The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China (with membership valid until March 31, 2027 or later) and be registered elite athletes for the 2026–27 season;
  • be male or female athletes born in 2011 or earlier; and
  • hold a HKID, HKSAR passport.
