2026-2030 Board of Directors Election Notice
The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China Limited (the Association) announces that the Board of Directors for the 2026–2030 Term will be elected at the 2026 Annual General Meeting to be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, 21 December 2026 at Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Please refer to the 2026-2030 Board of Directors Election Procedure for the nomination requirements and election procedures.
Dates and times for acceptance of nominations: From 10:00 (Hong Kong Time) on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 to 17:00 (Hong Kong Time) on Monday, 9 November 2026.
Candidates (including current Directors and other nominated persons) are required to complete Form A, Form B, and Form C, email to sg@hkbaseball.org by the nomination deadline of 17:00 (Hong Kong Time) on Monday, 9 November 2026

Late submissions or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
