Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting
The notice convening the 2025 Annual General Meeting of The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China Limited to be held in the Meeting Room, 1F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong on Monday, 29 December 2025 at 6:00 p.m., to transact the following ordinary business:

(1) to receive the report from the Chairman of the Board of Directors (Appendix 1)
(2) to receive and consider the Directors’ Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 (Appendix 2)
A Full Member may send a proxy to appoint a representative to attend the 2023 Annual General Meeting or adjourned meeting (as the case may be). In order to be valid, please duly signed written Proxy Form and return to us by e-mail to sg@hkbaseball.org or by mail to BAHKC Secretariat, Room 1003, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the holding of the Annual General Meeting or adjourned meeting (as the case may be). Late submission will not be accepted.
