Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting
Please be informed that 2023 Annual General Meeting of The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China Limited (formerly known as The Hong Kong Baseball Association Limited) will be held on Tuesday, 28 November 2023 at 5:00 p.m. in Board Room, 2/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, to transact the following ordinary business:

(1) to receive the report from the Chairman of the Board of Directors (Appendix 1)
(2) to receive and consider the Directors’ Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2023 (Appendix 2)
A Full Member may send a proxy to appoint a representative to attend the 2023 Annual General Meeting or adjourned meeting (as the case may be). In order to be valid, please duly signed written Proxy Form and return to us by e-mail to hkbsa@hkolympic.org or by mail to BAHKC Secretariat, Room 1003, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the holding of the Annual General Meeting or adjourned meeting (as the case may be). Late submission will not be accepted.
