Sports Executive
(Causeway Bay/Kwai Chung Monthly salary HK$25,803 - $26,448)

The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China (BAHKC) has been developing baseball activities to meet the sports policy in Hong Kong, namely to promote sports in the community, support elite sports and promote Hong Kong as a centre for major international sports events. BAHKC has been a subvented National Sports Association since 1993, recruiting a Sports Executive (SE) to cope with its expansion.

Job brief
1. Report to the Board of Directors and direct supervisor;
2. Manage any assigned responsibilities of the Association, including but not limited to monitoring and maintaining the association websites and social media platforms and assisting in planning and creating social media campaigns and content creation, organizing events and supervising junior staff;
3. Coordinate with designers, agency partners on videography, photography productions, website development and maintenance;
4. Reply to enquiries on social media platforms and deliver feedback;
5. Develop marketing communications including eDM, posters, conduct market research and prepare post event reports for projects assigned;
6. Preparing annual activity plan and regular reports;
7. Attending regular meetings;
8. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements and skills
1. An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent; or a Bachelor’s Degree from Higher Education institutions in Hong Kong or equivalent;
2. Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with colleagues, upper management, and participants;
3. Time management and organization skills to plan and execute both large and small projects and initiatives;
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services;
5. Excellent language skills - read, write, and speak fluent Cantonese and English; the ability to communicate in Mandarin is desirable;
6. Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
7. Preference will be given to the candidate with computer literate, i.e. Photoshop and graphics. Strong understanding of Marketing & Communications activities.

Remarks
1. This post is subvented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD).
2. The appointee shall be required to work on irregular hours or other locations if needed, i.e., he/she may be required to work on public holidays, outdoors or abroad.
3. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Salary:
- Monthly salary：$25,803 - $26,448
-12-day annual leave after serving every period of 12 months
