Recruitment of Part-time Sports Organizer Assistant

The Hong Kong Baseball Association Limited has been a subvented National Sports Association since 1993, recruiting part-time Sports Organizer Assistant to support the development of Baseball5, a new discipline in the coming Youth Olympic Games.

Location: Causeway Bay/Kwai Chung

Job brief:
  • To assist in organizing sports events/programmes;
  • To support the administration of the Association;
  • To perform site/programme supervision at the venue; and
  • To assist in other general duties

Requirements and skills:
  • Be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident aged 18 or above;
  • Possess good communication skills;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; ability to communicate in Mandarin is desirable;
  • Retired/serving athletes or coaches in any sports will be an advantage

Working Hours:
  • The conditioned working hours are 12-15 hours net per week (excluding meal breaks) from Mondays to Fridays;
  • Appointed candidates may be required to perform shift duties, work irregular hours and overtime (including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays). Actual working hours will be arranged by supervisors

Terms of Appointment:
  • Successful candidates will be appointed for about twelve months.
