NOTICE OF 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

To : All Full Members of the Association
NOTICE is hereby given that 2021 Annual General Meeting of The Hong Kong Baseball Association Limited will be held on Friday, 19 November 2021 at 7 p.m. in the Meeting Room No. 3-5, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, to transact the following ordinary business:
1. to receive the report from the Chairman of the Board of Directors (Appendix 1);
2. to receive and consider the Directors’ Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2021 (Appendix 2)
3. as Special Business, to consider and, if thought fit, pass the attached resolution (Appendix 3, Revised Articles of Association) as a Special Resolution.
Whether or not you are able to attend the meeting, you are requested to complete the accompanying Form of Proxy in accordance with the instructions printed thereon and return it to the office of the Association at Room 1003, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong as soon as possible and in any event not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the holding of the meeting or any adjourned meeting. Completion and return of the Form of Proxy will not preclude you from subsequently attending and voting in person at the meeting if you so wish.
