Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting and 2020-2022 Board of Directors Election
Please be informed that 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong Baseball Association Limited will be held on Friday, 23 October 2020 at 6 p.m. in the Jockey Club Lecture Theatre, 2/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, to transact the following ordinary business:

(1) to receive the report from the Chairman of the Board of Directors (Appendix 1)
(2) to receive and consider the Directors’ Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2020 (Appendix 2)
(3) to elect Directors for the year 2020-2022 (Appendix 3) (Nomination documents are available for public inspection. HKBA will remove the nomination documents 30 days after the election results have been announced.)
(4) to appoint Auditor for the Association for the year 2020-2022 (Appendix 4)
(5) as Special Business, to consider and, if thought fit, pass the attached resolution (Appendix 5, Revised Articles of Association) as a Special Resolution.
A Full Member may send a proxy to appoint a representative to attend the 2020 Annual General Meeting or adjourned meeting (as the case may be). In order to be valid, please duly signed written Proxy Form and return to us by e-mail to hkbsa@hkolympic.org or by mail to HKBA Secretariat, Room 1003, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the holding of the Annual General Meeting or adjourned meeting (as the case may be). Late submission will not be accepted.
