Tsuen Wan No.2 Fresh Water Service Reservoir Baseball Field
Introduction Supported by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, the Lands Department has approved the Association to use the Tsuen Wan No. 2 Fresh Water Service Reservoir, located on Ching Mun Road in Kwai Chung, New Territories for baseball activities.

2. Fees and Cancellations (Promotional Period) - Tue–Fri (non-public holidays): Free of charge
- Sat, Sun & public holidays: HK$200 per hour
- Cancellation fee: HK$50 per transaction
- Notify cancellations at least 21 days in advance
- No-show penalty: Booking rights suspended for 30 days
- In the event that a booking is canceled due to inclement weather, any fees paid are non-refundable. Nevertheless, the hirer is allowed to reschedule the event for another date within three months of the original date.
3. How to Book - Use BAHKC’s Online Registration System (ORS):
- First come, first served; make a payment online
- Priority booking:
- LCSD Community Sports Club (CSC) Project: 1st – 7th of each month for the following month
- Other users: Starting from the 8th of each month for the following month
- Reserve the entire day(s) for organizing an event by submitting a written application to the BAHKC at least 90 days in advance.
4. Basic Rules for Use - Users must be 18 or older and register a user account
- Use only during approved time slots and for approved activities
- Payment due within 7 days of booking, or it will be canceled
- Changes to activity nature, or using unapproved areas/times, are not allowed
- Bookings cannot be transferred to others
- No unauthorized storage of equipment on-site
5. Important Reminders - No smoking
- Take your rubbish home – keep the venue clean
- No parking inside; pre-registration required for drop-off
- No portable toilets allowed; nearest toilet is at Lei Muk Shue Estate (~8 mins walk)
- Do not urinate or defecate anywhere in or near the reservoir
6. Requirements for Insurance Coverage Prior to using the venue and for its entire duration, all permit users must, at their sole cost and expense, obtain and maintain insurance to cover personal injury, including death, to the users and third parties, as well as damage to property.
7. Responsibility and Liability - BAHKC is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss during use.
- Users are fully liable for any legal claims, injury, or damage.
- Users must indemnify (compensate) BAHKC for any legal or financial claims related to their use.
8. Coach or Teacher Required A BAHKC-registered coach or an Education Bureau registered teacher must be present during use. Their name must be provided at the time of booking.
9. Right to Refuse or Cancel BAHKC reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel bookings at any time
- Limit number of users or deny entry for health/safety reasons
- Remove anyone breaking the rules or the law
- Cancel bookings with no refund if rules are violated
