2021 Voter Registration Campaign
The 2021 Voter Registration Campaign encouraged Hong Kong permanent residents who hold an identity document, are at least 18 years old, are ordinarily residing in Hong Kong and have not registered as an elector to submit registration applications by May 2 so that they can be included in the final registers to be published in July and be able to vote in elections, including the Legislative Council General Election this year.
If there are changes in the registration details of registered individual or body electors, they should notify the office by April 2. Electors applying for a change of registered address are required to submit address proof at the same time.
Members of the public can check their registration status and particulars at any time by logging into the Online Voter Information Enquiry System or calling the office’s hotline at 2891 1001.
