Recruitment of Assistant Sports Executive/Sports Executive

Job Duties
1. Report to Executive Committee and direct supervisors;
2. Managing any assigned responsibilities of the Association;
3. Preparing annual activity plan and regular reports, liaising with relevant government departments and local and overseas organizations;
4. Attending regular meetings;
5. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements
1. An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent; or a Bachelor’s Degree from Higher Education institutions in Hong Kong or equivalent.
2. Preference will be given to the candidate with working experience in sport sector or NGOs;
3. Management experience will be an advantage;
4. Be able to speak fluent Cantonese, good command of English would be a strong asset, ability to communicate in Mandarin is desirable;
5. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
6. To work proactively with any interest groups and government helping out with various tasks as required.


Remarks
1. This post is partially or fully subvented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
2. The appointee shall be required to work on irregular hours if required, i.e., he or she may be required to work on public holidays and work outdoors and outside Hong Kong.


Salary:
- Monthly salary:ASE $18,000 | SE $23,310 (the subject to qualifications and experience)

- Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF)
