Given the latest situation of COVID-19 and announcement from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), in addition to Squad Training Programmes, all other baseball activities will resume starting from 9 April 2021.  Refer to the guidelines from the LCSD, all participants should observe and comply with the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F), the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation (Cap. 599G) and the Prevention and Control of Disease (Wearing of Mask) Regulation (Cap. 599I) as well as the latest Guidelines on Prevention of COVID-19 issued by the Centre for Health Protection and step up the hygienic and anti-epidemic measures for the subvented programmes to prevent infection. The 2021 Voter Registration Campaign encouraged Hong Kong permanent residents who hold an identity document, are at least 18 years old, are ordinarily residing in Hong Kong and have not registered as an elector to submit registration applications by May 2.

HKSAR Government announced on February 10, the majority of the civil servants who are currently working from home will return to the office starting from February 22. HKBA will follow the same arrangement.


To tie in with the response to the government's Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation, after communicating with the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the squad training will be resumed from 19 February 2021.  In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Association is advised to take the appropiate measures for conducting baseball activities.  Please see the Guidelines on Conducting Baseball Activities for the Prevention of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).



In view of the latest situation of COVID-19, a special work arrangement for HKBA office will be implemented from time to time. Our staff will keep working at home except for the scheduled days. Please go the page of "Notice", top right corner of this page, to see the special work arrangement schedule for their date to work in office.

The Hong Kong Baseball Association will organize “Jockey Club Community Sustainability Fund - Baseball5™ Train the Trainer” on 27th February, 2021. The programme is organized by Hong Kong Baseball Association and funded by Jockey Club Community Sustainability Fund. The objective of this programme is to cultivate more baseball5 trainer, thus promoting Baseball5 towards different classes of people.
