Announcement: Change of Auditor
The board of directors (the "Board") of The Hong Kong Baseball Association Limited (the "Association") announces that Y. H. Cheung & Co. has resigned as auditor of the Association due to the retirement of Mr. Y. H. Cheung with effective from 28 June 2018.
The Board of the Association proposed to reappoint HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited (HLB) as the auditor of the Association for the year of 2016-2018. A resolution to approve the re-appointment of HLB has been endoresed in the Extraordinary General Meeting that was held on 25 July 2018.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Y. H. Cheung & Co.for its professionalism and services rendered to the Association over the past years.
