Atom Ladies' Baseball Team The team was established in 2000. All the team players came from a baseball training course with half students and half working ladies. Among the 20 players, the youngest are thirteen years old. The aim of the team is to enjoy the happiness of playing baseball.

Fortissimo Fortissimo, means playing it loudly, has 14 team players and two coaches. The team was established in 2004 and participated in 2004 Summer League.

HATO The team was formed in September 2000 by women's baseball training course (Quarry Bay). The core members were players from the team "Progress", which was the champion in the Inter-district Championship games. Later, Mr. Chiang Hon Kiu, a member in the Hong Kong National Team, became the coach. Then, the team formally changed its name to HATO. There are around 16 players and all of them have full-time work.

YHKCC Lions The team was established in February 2004. Most of the players are students from YMCA of Hong Kong Christian College in Tung Chung. The students are new to the game of baseball, but have progressed significantly through the baseball program at YHKCC. YHKCC was founded in September 2003 and is the only local secondary school in Hong Kong with a baseball program.
